End Product Was a Work of Art
We needed to replace a large and rotting, split-level redwood deck. We knew we wanted to decrease the size of each level in order to spare cost, but also wanted to create a flow from lower deck to small back yard. We also wanted to reduce maintenance to as little as possible. But beyond that, we weren’t sure what we wanted to do. JD and Dave couldn’t have been more helpful—and patient—as we thought through what we wanted. High standards. creative design. End product was a work of art. We couldn’t ask for a more reliable, thorough, thoughtful contractor; they were a joy to work with. If we could give them 10 stars, we would; we would definitely call them for future projects.

Great quality team who got the job done ahead of schedule and under budget! Our deck had become a safety hazard, and Dave and JD rebuilt it beautifully. I really appreciated how down to earth and straight forward they were about costs and variables in our project. It is Hard to Find True Craftsmen These Days
I had a deck that was falling apart and a house that badly needed painting and dry rot repair. Alta Hill Construction did a beautiful job rebuilding my deck, fixing the dry rot and painting my house. JD and Dave are both perfectionists who take pride in their work. I received compliments from neighbors and friends after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Alta Hill Construction. Fast, Reliable, Reasonably Priced, and Honest
We highly recommend Alta Hill construction. They recently rebuilt our large elevated deck and they did so while retaining the existing welded railing in place during the project! Quite a feat. They completely rebuilt the deck and replaced the rotted siding. They came up with an ingenious drainage design to keep the siding from rotting again in the future. In addition to doing high quality work, they were fast, reliable, reasonably priced, and honest. It was a pleasure to do business with them. We will definitely use them again in the future.
